Our Story

Husband and wife team, Brittany and Jesse Frame were both born and raised here in the Okanagan, Brittany grew up in Kelowna and Jesse in Westbank. Surrounded by family, lifelong friends and our incredible community, we are fortunate to call Kelowna our home.

While the business has been in operation for over 30 years, we have owned the business for 4 years and are both passionate about continuing to provide the best small business experience possible. The previous owners passed on a lifetime of knowledge about embroidery and printing, and we carry their legacy with us.

Because both Jesses and Brittany have various embroidery hobbies themselves, they understand their craft inside and out. This in-depth knowledge and personal passion mean that every project is carried out with the utmost care.

Multiple Services

In addition to Embroidery, we offer Silk screening, direct to garment and direct to film options for decorating apparel, such as t-shirts, sweaters, jackets and bags. We will also be providing Quilting services in the future.

We embroider on a wide range of materials, including polos, hats, jackets, towels, automotive and boat leather and vinyl interiors, equestrian products like saddle pads and shells, pet collars and leashes, custom patches, and more.

Family Ran Business

We run the store out of our house, so we can now offer deliveries and keep our prices low. Being a family-run business means you have a strong team collaborating to get your project done and go the extra mile for you!

Brittany Frame

Owner

Brittany has a love for sewing and quilting with a keen eye for detail. She specializes in working with our wholesalers to find the best products for you and managing the orders that come through the shop.

Jesse Frame

Owner

Jesse has a love for embroidery and decorating apparel and is always trying new techniques and honing his skills. He has a diverse mechanical background and works to provide maintenance and technical solutions for the shop.
